With Smart Enclosure™, INDU-ELECTRIC presents a true world first: The patented system enables precise measurements on the power distributor during live operation – without disassembly, without interruption. Whether for regular maintenance, preventive servicing, or targeted troubleshooting – this innovative solution gives you reliable insight into all operating and fault currents.

Direct access to key values

Inside the enclosure is an integrated measuring point that provides safe and fast access – without complex modifications. Using a standard clamp meter such as a Rogowski coil, you can measure:

- Operating currents of active conductors

- Fault, differential, and leakage currents on the PE/PA conductor

Important to know:

For single conductors – such as Powerlock connections – measurements can be taken directly on the respective conductor. For multi-core cables (e.g. used for CEE plug devices), this is not possible because the conductors are not individually accessible. This is exactly where Smart Enclosure™ shows its strength – it enables safe measurement access even in compact enclosure designs.

Integrable into any enclosure

The simple yet ingenious Smart Enclosure™ can be integrated into any INDU-ELECTRIC enclosure. Especially practical: Thanks to our in-house enclosure manufacturing, special requirements can be easily implemented.
