Construction Site Distribution Boards Made from Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel and THERMOLENE®

The outer enclosures or, where required, the support frames of our construction site distribution boards are manufactured from high-quality V2A stainless steel and are specifically designed for long-term use under demanding site conditions. Unlike many conventional site distribution boards made from painted or coated sheet steel, stainless steel remains permanently corrosion-resistant and resistant to weathering and environmental influences. Even if the surface is damaged, there is no risk of progressive corrosion. This provides users with a significantly longer service life, reduced maintenance requirements and a consistently high-quality appearance.

THERMOLENE® is used for the internal enclosures – a material developed by INDU-ELECTRIC with high impact resistance, excellent weather resistance and flame-retardant properties. The combination of a corrosion-resistant stainless steel outer enclosure and a THERMOLENE® internal enclosure creates an exceptionally robust design that withstands high mechanical loads in day-to-day construction site use over the long term.

Construction site distribution boards are subject to the specific requirements of DIN VDE 0100-704 for construction and demolition sites. Compliance with these requirements is essential to ensure the safe operation of electrical installations and the protection of people and equipment on site.
