This custom-built example features an isolation transformer integrated into a robust, powder-coated stainless steel frame with a roller shutter system. The inner enclosure is made of THERMOLENE®.
The innovative roller shutter system allows for particularly space-saving installation of the components—unlike conventional doors, it eliminates the need for any swing radius. The lockable shutter reliably protects the installed components from unauthorized access in any position, even when plugs are inserted.
Our custom-built solution combines a high-performance main distribution unit housed in a robust stainless steel frame with a matching stainless steel Euro pallet. This construction meets specific logistical and spatial requirements while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and durability.
This elegant and secure pier distribution box was custom-built for a project in the shipyard and shipbuilding sector. The design is precisely tailored to the existing conditions. It is mounted directly onto existing concrete pedestals, providing a bespoke solution for maritime infrastructure. The lockable doors are equipped with safety glass viewing windows.
The flight case with a bonus. Thanks to our in-house flight case manufacturing, we can quickly and precisely meet individual requirements in this area. This PTM test distribution unit offers maximum flexibility. Integrated into a robust flight case, the removable lids can be effortlessly transformed into practical worktables. When opened, the lid provides space for a test box or notebook. This allows us to meet customer demands for a mobile and immediately ready-to-use test station.
This multi-section power distribution unit was custom-built to meet the specific requirements of a modern shipyard. The tailor-made frame, manufactured in our in-house metal workshop, is made of hot-dip galvanized steel – naturally combined with an internal enclosure made of THERMOLENE®. This special galvanization was requested by the customer and serves as a corrosion-resistant alternative to V4A stainless steel frames for use in salty, maritime environments.
The distribution unit is modularly constructed in multiple sections: Section 1 serves as the central power input point, featuring a 1200A copper busbar system with appropriate protection devices. Sections 2 and 3 contain the output connections, each equipped with their respective protective components.
